No VESA mount, no DVI but it does have VGA & HDMI.
And from what others say, it can be calibrated to be an excellent MVA panel. Someone even mentioned that the color accuracy rivaled the U2412, which is pretty impressive. I seem to prefer the look of IPS more than MVA, but the price on this kind of makes me wish I could see it in action with my own eyes.
