IPS panel. USB 2, not 3. Reviews are mostly negative due to high-gloss screen glare, and occasional units received with condensation/cloudiness between the glass and screen/panel. It doesn't appear to have height adjustment. If you use it in a low light/glare workspace, and you get one without condensation issues, this might be a REALLY nice monitor.
