While could do this instead for the grand total of $876.84; after two rebates that total $25. That includes shipping!
      Now this price includes:
      The Acer P235Hbmid 23" 1920 x 1080 5ms LCD Monitor,
Win 7 OEM 64-Bit OS, a Rosewill RCR-IC001 card reader, and a MSI R4350-MD512H (which is as adequate as the GeForce 310/aka 210) or add a graphics card of your choosing!
Somewhere I added something which got me a free HDMI cable.

I think that's everything except a mouse and keyboard and some of your time. But that's a great system with pleanty of room for growth.

#1: I wholeheartedly agree. This is somewhere around double the price I would expect for such equipment.

#2: You are pointing to a slightly cheaper, yet still vastly overpriced item. Please cease and desist.

#3 -- I agree Intel iCore stuff is over-priced, but considering Dell should get all there stuff for much less than me using Egg, you're right theirs (Dells') is not worth it... Considering what's just a token LCD monitor.

While I'd like you show us a i5 system that's anything close to either that's $450... with a monitor. I'll give you February.
Oh, and it doesn't need Dell's Dual DVD drives, that's what I forgot.

Apparently computer sales are rebounding quite well from the recession so we're not seeing much in the way of really good sale prices. And maybe that's why Ben has to fill up the site with jewelery and other crap.
