      #1 how did it increase? I see the last price was $899. This would be a steal at 700 IMO.

      the monitor case and stand is really nice on this thing but no HDMI bummer. I would pay 550 or 624 for this thing.

      #5 - because of your Razz - i will let you off the hook.

      i don't see why no hdmi is an issue. dvi has just as good quality and is also 100% digital. hdmi was created primarily for copy right protection. sure you'll need extra connectors for sound - but why should that go the monitor anyway? monitor doesn't have speakers.

      i'd rather get a 22" or a 24" inch rather than pay the premium for 27". for a monitor, this resolution is nothing special. if i had to get something over 24", i'd rather save my money and get a 30" (which as 2500 x 1900) but there is no source of video today that i know of that does better than 1080p (except computer games - but even than, i personally can't tell difference among the 70th percentile and above cards / graphics). that's just me.

      almost bought it from Dell Home. But ben is a pencil because dell small business sells it for $799
