Dell Outlet has the refurbished Dell UltraSharp 3007WFP 30 inch Wide-Screen Black Flat Panel Monitor for $1049 with free shipping. Subject to change without notice. Dell Home charges $1269 for a new one.

It will stun you with its 2560x1600 resolution, 11ms response time, and 400 cd/m2 brightness. Requires a DVI-D dual-link graphic card that supports WQXGA resolution. Here is a review and some user discussion on this monitor.

Dell's Ultrasharps are beauties. It's hard to find any flak on them at all. Only thing negative about this screen (besides the price) is the required DVI-D dual-link graphic card, but if you have one of these, go for it. It's difficult to find things worth their cost these days, but I must say, Ultrasharps are quite worth it.

#2 I think that is also known as a "whore" but being a man whore is acceptable in today's society, so if you can find woman to do it, go for it.

#3, lets not judge too harshly. If I were ever to prostidude myself for a monitor, it'd have to be this one.

DANG it I just popped for the 2407wfp yesterday - or maybe that's "whew" Very Happy The 2407wfp was $245/megapixel, this would be about the same, $256/megapixel. Hmmmmm, 11ms and 400 brightness, I think when the 24" starts to feel cramped I'd rather get a 2nd 24" for 2400x1920 total...

OTOH, 2 of *these* for 3200x2560 - eek!

30" is over kill.... I just like 19 to 22 inch. unless you are a day trader.. anything 24inch or higher require a 200 dollars video card or higher to run smooth....

Hopefully if you are a decent "day trader" a $200 video card would be no big deal.

You can get it for $899 thanks to a Dell outlet email and coupon I just received.

The 3007WFP lists for $999 on Dell outlet. Go to:
    http://outlet.us.dell.com/ARBOnlineSales/topics/global.aspx/arb/online/en/InventorySearch?c=us&cs=22&l=en&lob=PDA&MODEL_DESC=Dell%203007WFP%2030%20in.%20Flat%20Panel%20Monitor&s=dfh

At shopping cart enter the following $100 off coupon:
    8JVS1Q$$GCW6T?

    Voila! 30" LCD for $899!

Expires on 5/16 and I also assume this is a single-use coupon.
