I haven't seen that kind of history graph before. Is history tracked for other products?

Never. 20 years from now it will be selling for the same price as a collector's item.

Damn, a kings ransom for this thing. At this price I'd just buy a 32" namebrand HDTV/monitor with HDTV tuner with QAM for TV and puter use.

The $1049 was refurbished, but the $1083 was brand new.

I got the $1,147 price and just missed on the $1,083....I must say its a great monitor and plenty large for my xbox games and watching DVD's. I like to play PC games and jumping from my 20" screen to this was just amazing, the resolution of the screen is outstanding. Just be aware you need a newer GPU and a dual DVI cable to run this monitor.

Dell said a dual DVI cable was NOT included and wanted $100+ for one. I passed and one was packaged with my monitor along with an adapter for VGA connection. Maybe i got lucky on the cable, maybe they are already in the box from the manufacturer and if dell can get you to pay $100+ for a cable already in the box better for them i guess and how would you know if it was already in the box if you paid for it. Take a chance dont buy the cable if u get the monitor. Mine was packaged insided the plastic wrap of the monitor making me think it was packaged with one right from the factory.

Oh i must say Dell has a great warranty on this monitor 3 year replacement for any reason is what i was told by customer service. Also, mine was new and not a referb...but if i could have picked one up for $1K a referb i wouldnt care if it carried the same warranty....Also, dell has 12 months 0% interest at least when i purchased mine in early December....
