#4: You have to pay the retodd fee on your shipping. See, Dell knows you're a burp retodd and has to communicate that to UPS by law. UPS tacks on this surcharge because they feel it's only fair for the driver to get a little kick back given that you'll probably use your retodd-strength to cornhole him. Savvy?
