I have this monitor. Yes, it's expensive - but it's SO worth every penny. After working on the Dell ultrasharps, I can't even look at cr*ppier panels anymore without seeing all the flaws. You can color balance these with a Huey or other color calibrator - which is worth its weight in gold for high-end photo processing.
i agree tho. too bad its not 1600p
