Looks like a pretty nice set of hardware squeezed into a 12" chassis. Can't say it's a very good deal though.
Would appreciate this more if it was ~$600.
Man, during the Dell price mistake of a few weeks ago, this was priced at half of this price (with 2.4GHz CPU). Some people got them at that price. I certainly wouldn't pay this price for this.
I like this form-factor. I still love my old 710M.
I think the best size/screen size/weight ratio are the 13" laptops.
#6 I agree 100%. If you go 14 you may as well go 15 because the laptop is just about as big and bulky. 12 is too small of a screen. 13 is perfect, that is a 4x3 screen. This wide screen crap is good on DVD players but I want to surf the web where 99.9% of pages require you to scroll down and not left to right.
