I'm calling deal. With another 2GB memory module, this would make a decent 'grand parents' PC.
The other 270 that Ben linked in this post looks like a decent deal as well. Regular minitower rather than a slimline. No monitor, but the option to reuse what you have may be worth the $50 saving. And no Win 8 to deal with.
