Denon makes terrific AV receivers. Mine has been flawless since I got it 3 years ago. One of the few manufactures who under-state their power ratings instead of overstating them.
This is actually a 7.2 receiver, works really well. Might want to buy a 3rd party warranty from SquareTrade (40% off coupon floating around) as the refurbs generally go only 90 days. Had one literally go "up in smoke".
