This is a good deal. I paid $475 for these in 2005 plus tax and everyone of the tools is still working fine except for the batteries that have to been replaced a few times. The batteries don't last long no matter how well you treat (baby) them. The tools are well made and are useful. Although the circular saw has limited use and depletes the battery quickly depending on what material is being cut. The carrying bag is fine but you need to be careful because other tools can break the protective glass on the flashlight if space is tight. You also need to clean the circular saw well before you store it in the carrying bag since the dust can ruin the charger. You can put the charger in a separate sturdy plastic bag and seal it before storing it in the carrying bag. All in all good tools and the price doesn't seem to be too bad.
