DirecTV is offering packages starting at $30 per month for 12 months with 24 month agreement. Through November 30th, receive an extra $5 off every month for 12 months on all packages. The Choice Package includes 150+ channels and free HBO, Starz, Showtime and Cinemax for 3 months.

price for movie channels is $45 a month thereafter if you keep them, price goes up by $36 after 12 months, 2 year agreement required. HD free for life with required enrollment in automatic payments. Free installation for up to 6 boxes, however the price per box is $6 monthly, first box included. DVR is $6.95 monthly, $9.95 for whole home.

yes this is new customers only, and if you cancel your current service they wont let you come back for 3-6 months. so if you jump ship it better be for keeps

Screw this new customer BS and screw any company that uses this crap!
Here is what you do.
1) Ask for a manager
2) Tell them you are switching to DISH if they don't give you this deal.
They will try to talk you out of it. Stay with it and stay on the line with the bastards. Don't give in. It will take awhile, but it does work to use this approach.
they wont give you this deal again, they give approx $10-$20 off for 10 months in most cases, if they give you any more it isnt worth it and they let you switch.
Thanks speedyMaldo, that's a big increase after 12 months and I would not trust them with auto payments. I would be more interested in a TIVO with an antenna for the networks in HD but my wife watches HGTV, Bravo and Lifetime so this offer looks to be the best solution.
Make sure that you keep all documentation for the credits. After my 12 months, they would not honor credits that were to be issued in months 13-24. I had the hardest time getting my refer a friend credit as well.
