Overall I think I got a decent deal. It used to be lower but when I called to cancel, they offered to raise my bill $5.00 a month so I decided to stay.

I just called 800-333-3474. The rep said $33 gets only the Top 100 package. It does NOT include local channels or anything else. If you have more than one TV and add in the HD channels, the rate is $55.
