I wouldn't touch it at all... it's strange little case! At 14.8" tall x 6.48" wide x 15.9" deep and that accepts ATX or M-ATX?
"Advanced cooling system" just indicates they punch it full with 4x 120mm fans mounts all it in something that small why? Then theyre say the PSU mounts vertically on the bottom right behind front panel, and term it as independent heat dissipation system... improving circulation of CPU heat. PSU position is said to allow more room inside the case to fit ATX or Micro-ATX MB and full length VGA.
It looks as though they forgot to plan or at least stamp a hole for the bezel wiring harness so you can't use the top front fan mount because they strung the wires through it. Then again, the bezel itself has so few vents molded in it that fans there aren't worth the bother except that a top fan would've kept a HDD running cooler. You can probably re-route the wires through the bottom fan mount to add a fan at the top.
I wouldn't mind this case too much for an all integrated office box, though the red whatever-it-is on the front detracts from that and it doesn't really have any features making it desirable over anything else except possibly the price.
Don't touch that red button!

The Red button abomination.
I bought one once. Won't do that again. Real junk.
