How big is this thing?
I'm planning to do battle with an Syma 107G.
As it says it's 26 inches. The 107G is about the 8".
As I wrote yesterday these types are bigger, fly higher and further, but I played around with 2 of them and found them both unstable.
I was watching one guy fly this at a hobby store and it seemed very stable indoors. One guy told me outdoors it gets swept by the wind easily.
Trim it good and get used to it and it'll be easier then. 26" may be the blades, in the specs it lists 34" as the length which is what I vaguely recall seeing listed elsewhere.
Yes anything in this size can't handle much wind but at least it's a starting point for something that can be flown outside on calmer days, if a heli is much smaller you can't see it well from a distance either.
