I got this same deal a couple of months ago. Not a bad little tv for the bedroom. Sound is what you'd expect from a flatscreen but I use wireless earphones anyway. Sprung for the extended warranty since I wasn't familiar with the brand.

PS. The link goes to the DX-32E250A12 model (the one I bought) not the DX-32L151A11 Ben has in the ad title (that model is the DVD combo unit and is $380).

i got 1 from best buy and it is the best tv i got i also got a blue ray and it was not that expensive
