This seems to be a good price for this size. No idea how nice the screen is though as BB doesn't list the resolution. Some models have really low res screens and the picture looks awful. Best bet is to go in and check it out before buying.
Its funny, I see these for sale everywhere, but I almost never see them on an airplane, which is where I'd think they'd get the most use.
We've been using ours for years whenever we travel. On my last trip we took ours and a whole bunch of people around us were using them. They're a great way to try and entertain the kids on a long flight. They're not so useful on shorter flights (less than 2 hours) as the first and last 30 minutes or so of the flight you can't have them turned on.
They're also good for in the hotel once you get someplace and just want to relax with a movie. Most hotels have newer TVs that have A/V hookups so you can just plug it in and use the big screen.
