Moofi.woot! has the refurbished Dyson AM01 Air Multiplier 10" Table Fan (White or Blue) for $100 + $5 shipping = $105 shipped. Bladeless fan features smooth & constant air flow, rotates 90 degrees and draws in up to 5.3 gallons of air per second.
Gallons per second? What happened to CFM? Table I looked it up in says gps x 8.022 =cfm so 5.3*8.022= 42.5 cfm. A plain old 12" table fan moves 930 cfm.
This is all old news. Here at BB we've detailed the chronic buffeting associated with this device along with the resulting insufficient air flow which is common for bladeless fans.
We've even suggested re-purposing this low output fan to be a useful fart relocator due to its non buffeting design...
#1, Gallons per second is the standard for measuring the output of a fart relocator because a standard one second fart discharge expands into the area of a gallon... As a fan, this thing just sucks...
As with Apple products I will only buy Dyson products if they are twice as expensive as the alternatives so I can feel superior to the more intelligent amongst us that would call this foolish!

$105 for a table fan? This thing better blow me for that price.
^Did you not see the shape?

You should try a vortex cannon. Much better range and accuracy.
Cheap plastic crap, like the rest of the Dyson line. The only thing good is their marketing, suckah.

Originally marketed in the 70's as "The John Holmes Junk Dryer".
