    These things are noisy and don't move very much air. You're better off with a regular fan.

    If you squat near the air intake area of this fan, you can send your fart cloud to the other side of a room without loss of odor intensity due to the linear, non buffeting air flow pattern... Great fun in dorm rooms aiming at sleeping roommates...

    These things used to be like $250 when they first came out.

    Just like the Segway and Transmeta was going to revolutionize everything, this also falls short of all it's promised hype.
