    Why settle for only getting ripped off on Dyson vacuums when you can get this too! 5 gal per second? WTF? Don't use CFM or customers might realize how bad they are being ripped off!

    Gramma always talked about Dyson products, fools and money.

    Yea but how can you stand all the "buffeting" that a regular blade fan causes!! I know I can't! I'm buying 10 of these and turning of my central AC!
    And how could that guy possibly have time to come up with this pos when he spent the last 17 years of his life perfecting the vacuum cleaner??

    If my calculations are correct. This fan puts out 40 CFM.

    5 Gallons = 0.66840255 cubic feet

    0.66840255 * 60 seconds = ~40 CF/Minute

    I still don't know what "buffeting" is...who cares if traditional fans chop the air...the only benefit to this fan is you can throw baseballs thru this and get cooled off at the same time

    Dyson is the "Bose" of vacuum cleaners and fans. At least the vacuums work pretty well, but they are a little pricey. I have never tried one of the fans before.

    Did Bose get rid of all that radio buffeting too? You never know how bad you have had it until you have listened to a Bose or Dyson infomercial. You know, I'm noticing a lot more buffeting from my vacuum cleaner now...

    Terms and definitions to help you understand Dyson Marketing Strategies:

    Buffeting = An inconsequential performance characteristic of a product

    Dyson = Fool <> Money

    Bose = Not far behind

    Saw a big display of these at Sears. There was no way to turn on the "fan" to test it!!

    My colleague next office has one of these. Laugh all you want, but that's actually quite amazing piece of technology. No, they are not too noisy. Still audible though. Excellent conversation topic. Mesmerizing look and action. But... still too expensive for me. I like toys, but there are many other things to spend on.

    #12 - you take one air, multiply it by 18, and get 18 airs.

    #14 - is that related to putting on airs? "When in doubt, pinky out!"

    It scoops up 3 gallons of it from the planet on the other side of the portal.
