I'm not in to the whole "cool" scene, but I love this vacuum. The ball technology will make you a loyal fan forever. I just used my steam vac today and I was so used to the ball it felt like I was pushing a brick.
#2 The reason is that they simply send you a new one when you have the slightest problem with yours. They take yours, fix it, and call it a refurb.
Even at these discounted prices, I think Dyson is a rip off. Kind of like Bose-anything.
I wonder if they are good and why so many refurbished Dyson for sale?

I just wonder how this guy made any money while he dedicated the last 17 years of his life to develop a better vacuum.
And don't even get me started on the $300 bladeless Fan thing! That "billowing" is just sooo annoying!
