ecost has the worst return policy. Just say no.
I got one from w00t for $60. Shipping was $5. Took Dyson almost 2 months to send me the right part to get it to work. It was the battery, which I suggested, but they wouldn't send it to me,until they had sent me almost every other part of the machine.
just get a new 18v black and decker pivot and save $20+
