eBay with Eastwood has the Eastwood 70248 48-LED Rechargeable Work Light for $18 with free shipping. Currently priced around $25+ in other stores. Integrated with a 3.6V 1200mA NiMH battery and rubber slip resistant handle.
Didn't see any mention of runtime, I'd guess direct drive and about 3 hours before substantial light decrease. Also seems likely it's a dumb trickle charger you have to monitor and unplug at the right time but that's what you'd expect for something around the $18 price point.
Think I'd prefer an LED light from one of the various cordless tool kits with a modular battery pack but for that you need the tool set or to spend more acquiring it too, and many of those won't be as bright though will usually offer greater runtime instead.
Given the design it's bound to be a broad beam area light rather than throwing very far, will be mostly good for work within a 10' distance or room lighting during a power outage, camp tent lighting, etc.
- These are all assumptions based on similar products, I don't own one.
Looks kind'a cheesy... Do we have any vouchers for this device?
