Even after reading Ben's description - I have NO idea what this thing is.
#1.. it rolls back the lip on the inside of your cars fender over the wheel/tire so you can squeeze larger wheels/tires that would normally rub on your car.
TIP: Use a heat gun to soften the paint in the area you are rolling so that it doesn't crack.
