I'd buy a name brand, same price, even with the 2 year warranty on this...
It's a class-2, as the circled '2' to the right of the easystore branding indicates. And as has been mentioned in previous posts of this item.
That said, why buy (or post..) this when there's a class-6 adata card for a buck less?
#2 is right about #1 being right. Class 2 is baconnaise, go class 6 if you buy one of these.
Where have you found an 8gb class 6 MicroSDHC card for $19? I haven't seen any devices that take MicroSDHC that require class 6, which is good since they aren't very easy to find.
You can get a Dane-Elec 16gb Class 4 MicroSDHC for $38 shipped

The packaging will say class 4, the card is stamped class 2, but it tests at over class 4. Runs great in my Sprint Mogul phone and my R4i card in my DSi.
My fiancee's camera takes forever to save a picture with a class 2 SD card.

CLASS 2 !?! Are you kidding me... I got CLASS 6 8gb with USB Reader AND micrbacono-classic SD adapter AND shipping for $18.75 from ebay!
The A-Data 8GB Class 6 from yesterday is only $17. And it's a pretty known brand.
