      The Athlon 2850e has significantly less performance than an Atom 330. Basically you're getting a netbook CPU in a desktop case, as in a gutless wonder.

      Yeah, don't post items that are on woot during a wootoff, it's just going to go OOS in about twenty or thirty minutes.

      Perhaps #2, but if you just want to build a NAS or other low-compute-intensive system on the cheap it might be one way to go.
