Good for when you want to use your laptop as a flashlight.

Goldengadgets seems to have a lot of good deals on usable items. I just wish that these USB devices would have an add'l usb port or come with a complimentary Y USB cable to be able to add-on another device. My laptop only has two USB ports and one is used by the pad cooler to help cool the laptop.

Has anyone owned one? Does it come with clips so you could clip it on top of the screen? From the picture it appears that you have to hold it with one hand and type with another .

It seems to have a gooseneck so you do not need to hold it up while typing.

These are pretty bright! I got one of these things last year and I think it's well worth the price. The only thing now is the metal wire holding it up is getting loose and tends to sag down if you touch it...

#13 The one I have is not too thick..bacon's a little thicker than a network cable.
