ePower??? anyone have any experience with this brand?
1000w modular sounds nice and probably will reliably put out 700w which should be fine for 90% of the people. Wish we knew more about ePOWER for sure.
Nobody knows anything about ePOWER because it burned everyone's house down w/ them in it. ePOWER's are also designed to destroy the evidence to avoid being linked back to the manufacturer. A recent independent study suggests that certain fires that were concluded to be linked to arson in the past year were actually at some residential homes where the owner had recently ordered an ePower PSU for their PC.
Buy w/ caution and don't forget to update your will.
I had an ePower psu and it worked great... I think they make Topower and Tagan also.. or one of the three makes the psus for the other two.. something like that.
I just ordered one,had a $10 off coupon I needed to use,it expired on 1/31/2010bacon still worked that was GR8,it only cost $59.99 with free shipping. The 1000w modular puts out 900w. Hi sguy2130,ill test my smoke detectors before installing the PS & put new Duracells in them. Thanks for the warning LOL.
S This is the code I used MEMK10DOLLAR maybe it will work for you.
lol #5 I got the $10 coupon too, I used it on Tuesday 2/2 even though it was "expired," I love NewEgg.
These supplies should be fine
Hey wheres the guy who says all PSu's are the same and built in the same factory? Did the Chinese mafia take him out?
All power units are the same. They are all of equal quality. They are all made in two factories in China. They blow a whistle and the new shift changes the packaging. Anyone that thinks the more expensive ones are better is an rodeo cowboy.
I know this because I am MS Certified which is better then being an electrical engineer these days.

I know this because I am MS Certified which is better then being an electrical engineer these days because the standards for becoming an electrical engineer have been so degraded and lowered any tool can do it. I am MS Certified which now so much better affording me huge knowledge. I know about satellites too.
I am MS Certified which is a huge accomplishment vs. the dumbed down standards it now takes to be an electrical engineer.
I have so much more knowledge. My knowledge is massive and huge compared to even an above average electrical engineer for example.
There has never been an instance of a house fire from PSU. Silly, pocket billiards talk from geek types.
Heck with the PSU, let's hear about satellites!
Badgerboy just because you couldn't handle the academic level needed to become an EE and had to settle... and yes you settled to become MS certified (nobody aims for that,lol)... doesn't qualify you over an EE... thats just a sad statement from a little boy trying to play with the grown ups!
#10 is an has been drinking too much badgermilk and can't see a joke from a mile away. Becoming MS Certified also makes you blonde apparently.
