Shop4Tech.com has the Epson CX5800F Continuous Ink System for $85 - 10% with coupon code NK10 = $76 with free shipping. The UCI System consists of a high-capacity ink reservoir (same as using between 5-8 ink cartridges per color) that is attached to a cartridge via secure tubing. [BizRate]

i've never had any luck with these types of systems. They tend to leak and clog easily.

Owned four or five of similar systems over years. I am a light user (dozen of pages once a week or so) and all those system clogged on me pretty fast. Switched back to cartridges.

I've had one on my Epson R200 for 3 years now and it hasn't let me down. Heck I just bought ink refills for it last week for the first time and it refilled easily. Just remember to use latex gloves when filling or have your hands look a mess for a few. But I got mine off Ebay.

I think only a heavy user may need this system. A heavier user would rather want a laser printer. But, if you print out colors very often, you may like it. Are you afraid it may hurt your printer? Your printer will become out of date before this system causes it to break down.

Why didn't I think of this. This seems like a useful way to avoid buying the "man's" ink cartridges. A little narrow on the compatability though.
