Never have I heard a rebate (especially EPSON) indicating you have to have taken deliveryâ€¦ Not sure how they would know that as long as the Biy.com receipt has the right date?

Don't like giving Ben another Two cents for making available a nugget (hotspot) for him. Especially for biy.com it's not my favorite spot to promote.
