Okay, after some wiki-ing, it seems that a magazine is the equivalent of printing a web site and sending it to you in the snail mail or getting it at some sort of stand or store... and you have to pay cash for the paper. It seems a bit inefficient but what do i know? I thought the iPad was a stupid idea.
An ESPN Insider membership costs $6.95/month or nearly $40 for a full year - This is a very cheap way to become an ESPN Insider. If you've ever perused ESPN.com and attempted to read an article that highly interests you, yet requires Insider membership... For me, it's a twofer; I get an annual Insider membership for less than $5 and I get an mag to read on the planes and trains. Well worth it to me considering I've dropped $5 for a magazine at the airport a few times.
10% of ESPN written articles are worth reading.
