Got one of these around Christmas time through Amazon's lightening deals for $20 bucks. The light is bright for a small flash light. The hand crank feels study and rotates well. The radio picks up my local stations well. The weather band is cool. I plugged in my cell phone and cranked to charge it. The stupid phone showed a good charge before the battery indicator dropped back low. So hopefully this would charge up the phone at least for an emergency call. Have had it sitting in the window getting sun on the solar panel so hopefully it's keeping it charged without cranking. So kinda cool. I wish it had a battery indicator so you could tell how charged up it was.
