    turn off your heat and let your pc's run at cold temps while u sleep cozy

    The problem with a 0 degree sleeping bag is that its far too hot at 40 degrees.

    With a cheap bag, add about 15' depending on how far down you like to strip. 40 degrees shouldn't be a problem, unzip the side and fold the front down a little.
