Newegg has the EVGA 01G-P3-1556-KR GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) FPB 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card for $120 - $15 rebate [Exp 8/31] + $0 shipping = $105 shipped. Includes 3DMark 11 Advanced and Photoshop Elements 9 free with purchase.
While this has the "FPB" (that's <6%)... consider the Newegg Shell Shocker coming this morning @10:00AM (PDT) is for an AMD 633897-ZH1 HD 6770 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 under $80 No Rebate. Overclock it just 10% (935Mhz) and you’ll start to find the 6770 pulls on this "FPB". Now yes you can get the FPB a little more OC, but considering a $35 difference between them BfB is clear. GTX 550Ti is going to ask for 30% more cash, but never deliver that increase in performance.

Heck then there’s 7770’s for $120 with rebates of $10-15 (shipping included) that beat this.

Then also remember Geeks is selling a OEM (AMD factory units) 6870 for $120 NO Rebate, check shipping it was as low as like $6 for me.

Bought this one from Amazon. It's a good card. 3 weeks later the 560 overclocked EVGA model wen on sale for $139 after rebate. Sent the 550ti back and got the 560. My WE score went from 7.4 on the video to 8 Spend the extra and get the 560 Evga model from Amazon.
#2 - Which EVGA was that... as the closest I see to what you discribe is the EVGA GTX560 SE 1024MB GDDR5 (01G-P3-1464-KR) for $135 fufilled by TigerD.
A SE like that is clocked a 776Mhz while the reference GTX 560 Non-Ti are 810Mhz. The memory bus is 192-Bit not the usual 256-Bit, the shaders are reduce to 288 from 336. A step above a GTX 550Ti, but not near what a the GTX 560 Non-Ti offers.

EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Superclocked 1024 MB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 2DVI/Mini-HDMI SLI Ready Graphics Card, 01G-P3-1463-KR
I think the rebate is still on.
Below is the link to the one that Amazon is offering, that was from ANTOnline. It's weird how something Amazon is selling isn't more straightforward to locate. Even when you search the P/N 01G-P3-1463-KR, you have to still look for other sellers under "new" to unearth their listing and why I didn't see it at first.
But yes a $30 rebate gets it down to $140 w/FS. Bfb it not excellent these days, but if it was this price back in May it was a great buy.
