Pretty decent board. I paid $240 AR for mine a couple weeks ago.
Pros: OCs well - very good guides in the eVGA forums. Three PCI-E 16x/8x slots allows extra space between cards for better cooling in SLI/Crossfire setups. Great included software. Lots of extra cables and stuff included.
Cons: 8pin power connector is in an EXTREMELY stupid location (between the back of the case and the MOSFET heatsink) and you'll want to kill yourself and anyone within a 50 mile radius any time you have to mess around with it. Despite the relatively large and fancy-looking MOSFET heatsink, the MOSFETs actually run incredibly warm, especially when OCing. Some individuals have looked into the problem and discovered that there are gaps between the heat transfer plate and the actual heatsink; strapping a fan to the heatsink also helps. Also, the MOSFET heatsink does not allow me to mount my CPU cooler vertically with the fan blowing up - forced to mount horizontally and blow air toward the rear (not a huge deal).
Overall I'd give this board a 4/5.
