damn, I bought a HD4850 for $150, thought it was a great deal. (This card was very hot(temperature wise), and got me worried.)

then, I bought a 8800GS $64, thought it was a super great deal.
(This card was still a bit hot for me.)

man, I just ordered this thing for $36, thinking this is a ultra super great deal.
(I am hoping this dual slot design will make it run cooler.)

How can you go wrong with this price? I bought one last week for $50 without the $14 coupon. Wished I waited....Nevertheless it was still a good deal.

#8, I heard some person who bought the same item last week just talked to the customer service of Newegg.com and got a promise that Newegg.com would discount the total amount of the next purchase at Newegg.com by $14. I think that it's worthwhile trying to do the same thing.

No time to sit on the fence this is a hot buy. -TR is, one year + one year when you give them info on your first born.
This is the rebadged 8800GS with what looks like a decent cooler.

this is an amazing deal. This is definitely the best bang for your buck on a graphics card currently. In fact, if you bought the MSI one a couple days ago, you could have 8800GS's in SLI for about $80 total. OC those a bit to get up to SLI'd 8800GT-level performance, and you've got the equivalent of an nVidia GTX 260 for a fraction of the cost. Plus, you'd have a free copy of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

Received mine, was a bit concernend about fan noise when I saw the somewhat crude aluminum heatsink but it's fairly quiet, fan barely runs even during gaming (defaults to 30%).

I don't know if I just do more stability testing than others when I o'c or not but mine achieves slightly less than typical o'c, roughly 690 GPU/990 Mem. It may go higher if I set the fan faster or fiddle with it more.

I didn't realize EVGA has their own (modern) o'c utility now. After registering to get the 2nd year of the warranty you can d/l it here,
