Tiger Direct has the EVGA 01G-P3-1561-AR GeForce GTX 560 Ti FPB (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card for $170 - $30 rebate [Exp 11/30] + $0 shipping = $140 shipped. Supports nVidia Physx, Direct X 11, and mini HDMI.
For what's essentially a stock/reference card and cooler with mild OC (3-4%), this finally feel like a decent price for the market today.
I say that because you could pay $15 more ($155) and work $10 less ($20) rebate, and pickup this WindForce Gigabyte GV-R785OC-1GD Radeon HD 7850 1GB it is also OC (5%). Both the way they are... the 7850 is good for an extra 10% performance, although you are paying that 10% extra. What you do get is a nice cooler, low power use, and still a good amount OC’n which has such a card producing results that mimic exceed even a GTX570.
#2 - Yes a much better buy than this, good call as that the Ultra 810 Mhz!
Edit: Found this from a German site... It has the GTX 560 Ti 448 and a Sapphrire 7850 OC 2Gb. I say the 448 Core is on top once you are at 1920x and max settings, but they appear to trade back and forth. Though, this being Published: 11/30/2012 still only using 12:10 drivers, I say there nose-to-nose, it's a good horse race.

I just bought this last weekend, was the best deal and one of only few Newegg deals I found. Surprised it was not posted on BB:
