Don't go for these cheap plastic chips. Spend the extra for clays. All my friends have these plastic ones, and your stacks always get knocked over because they have no grip.

cheap plastic chips? I've yet to see a 11.5g plastic chip.

No where on the site does it say it's a plastic chip. Can you show us where you are getting this bogus information?

No denominations no deal. I do not know what legally passes as clay, but these chips feel like plastic. Much like other cheap chips, my guess is that these have some type of metal center to give them weight.
    Once again, no deal

Ander, these chips are injection-molded PVC plastic over a metal slug, which is how they get to 11.5 grams. Standard casino clay chips are between 8.5 and 10 grams; casino ceramic chips are about 9 grams. Genuine clay chips will run about $1.00/chip or more; ceramics anywhere from $0.45-$1.00/chip, and they are what are used on High Stakes Poker. Ceramics are very nice. These chips are not.
