Home Depot has the Excel 22" Ball Bearing Slide 4-Drawer Black Steel Roller Cabinet for $98 + $3 filler - $10 off with coupon code HDFALL10 [Exp 10/21] = $91 with free shipping. Features two top trays, four ball bearing slide drawers, and measures 33.5"(H) x 22"(W) x 12"(D).
It seems that instead of product weight (often a good indicator of relative quality of similar sized chests) they listed weight capacity on this one. Hate Sears blah blah buy at HF if you like but HF doesn't offer anything similar that I could find and this alternative at Sears seems to be a little better deal at $100, being taller, wider, deeper and another drawer, but still with ball bearings:

Even so, the sturdy stuff tends to cost at least 2X-3X what these do. The 110 lb capacity of the Excel for example is very low for a roller cabinet.
