I agree with #4, some guy is going to be chatting with an officer one day, then decide to light up a cigarette and pull one of these out from his pocket and get shot by the officer who acted in self defense. Use your brains people, that's why you have them.

All joking aside, some of the Honest brand lighters are really high quality. Currently using them to light my cigar on the golf course on windy days.

Anyone stupid enough to use these in the situations described SHOULD be blown away. Don't protect stupid people. They screw up the gene pool, and should NOT be allowed in.
