They've varied their deal where sometimes it's free frames, sometimes free glasses and you pay S/H +insurance, but if you'll settle for their (IIRC it's most $80.something and under combos) it's the lowest total price yet.
I ordered 2 from eyebuydirect.com a few years ago. Still happy with them and ophthalmologist said they conformed exactly to my Rx. I think they were $7.95 and included hard case and cleaning cloth.
