Just wait.....the 1.5TB have been off and on for 110 shipped. They will be back. By the time you get this rebate back the deal will be back.
#4, i assume that youre talking about the expired seagate@costco. not a fair comparison since this one also has esata and if you have that port the data transfer is a lot faster. i hate waiting for that scat.
