#2: it lasted, but did the serrated knives stay sharp?

If you're looking for a set of good knives, the next time you hear from a local college student who wants to do a Cutco demo for you, check it out. High quality high-carbon stainless steel knives that cost less than the German knives. Plus, they're guaranteed forever(break it while cooking? Get a new one free. Did a knife get dull? Free sharpening).

They're not Shun knives, but they do have a better warranty. And, the serrated knives will stay sharp longer.
