does not have that great of a tone because it is a laminated spruce top. I was at guitar center and the laminated top guitars did not have the same deep sound like the solid spruce top ones. Last time, they had the mitchell solid top for 100. I don't think the other stuff means too much if the tone is not what you want in a guitar. You can not make an acoustic sound better later, but you can buy all the other stuff later.
