i have a feeling it's going to be 20 dollars everywhere else very soon once it sells over a million copies and becomes greatest hits
The deal isn't there anymore. I tried to get it and it rejected me and then switched the price to $49.99.
Too bad it doesn't come for pc!
super geeks play this game, dar dar dar
This game sucked. I've played all the Final Fantasys including FFXI. This is like a single player version of FFXI, and that's not a good thing. It's probably the most time consuming 60+hours, and tedious. The story line is freaking LOTR meets Star Wars. Hopefully 13 doesn't follow in it's path, truly a disappointment despite other user reviews.
#5 I agree. Granted most FF games are pretty linear, this one definitely is probably one of my least favorite because it was TOO straightforward. X was significantly better.
This game rocked. I've played all the Final Fantasys including FFXI. This is like a single player version of FFXI, and that's a good thing. It's probably the most rewarding 60+hours, and doesn't get old. The story line is very original. Hopefully 13 follows in it's path, truly a masterpiece despite other user reviews.
Annoying mock review aside, I was pretty pissed that I bought the "Collector's Edition" only to see that almost more copies of it were produced than the regular edition to the point that Gamestop started selling at the same price to push it off the floor!
I wish collector's editions would be limited or something, like the WOW Burning Crusade CE was.

Barring my fanboyism, I hated this game. The Gambit system, while cool in the easier battles, didn't really help out for boss battles. You grind the whole game, just so you can get armor, and even that comes to you in a very linear fashion...so you're always slightly below level for the "challenge". I do really regret buying this...much the same as I regretted FFXI, actually.
world of warcraft sucks. get a burp life.
