This series was recommended to my by a friend many years after it had been canceled. Enjoyed it VERY much. Very cool show. After you finish the all the episodes, make sure to watch the movie "Serenity".

Great show. Creator Joss Whedon's ambitious science-fiction Western (Whedon's third series after Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel) was canceled after only 11 of these 14 episodes had aired. Contains the unaired episodes. Fans managed to have a movie produced to provide closure after its abrupt cancellation. For Fox-TV haters, this was the network that terminated the show. And why Sheldon Cooper hates Rupert Murdoch and the Fox network.

I hated this show. Some good actors, and some dam weak a$$ actors. Good set design. The western theme was laughable. Many shows used the "western theme" for one episode and it's always painful to watch. This entire series is a space western.
