i bought the 30 min version and it's okay.
+ attaches to computer as usb mass storage device
+ only $50 (on clearance)
- picture jumps & skips around when moving (quickly panning or while walking)
- colors are off a bit (washed out?)
- doesn't accept additional memory (SDHC)
for recording video it's easier to carry around and operate than my canon s2 (fun for the whole family, including the kids), and the resulting files are smaller (MPEG4/WAV vs MJPEG/WAV) without requiring reencoding.
for $50, it was an okay deal, but i wouldn't have paid more (even for one with more memory).
