This will make sure you're not late in the morning. Shop4Tech with Focus Camera has the Flying Alarm Clock for $14 - coupon code FW17 [Exp 7/26] + $0 shipping = $12 shipped. If you haven't already figured it out, this alarm clock shoots out a flying contraption that must be returned to the cradle to shut off the alarm. [Compare]

I guess the idea is you have to get out of bed to turn this off.
Wouldn't putting your existing alarm clock out of arm's reach do the same thing for free?

#4, I have no problem getting up, turning off the alarm clock, then getting back in bed to go to sleep. I think the idea with this is you actually have to expend some brain power looking for the flying gizmo and putting it back into the alarm clock.

I can't remember where I saw it, but there's an alarm clock out there that wakes you up to a short tune made up of 5 different tones. The alarm itself has a colored button for each of the tones and requires you to play the complete tune back using the buttons in order to deactivate the alarm.

Hows that for expending brain power?

This seems like a good idea for those who are looking to lose an eye.

For those who like to cheat, you just have to unplug it to turn it off.

Not to worry, because you live in a troll tent at the garbage dump. You have no second floor!

Great idea IMO. I hate getting outta bed in the morning. This might be just the motivation I need.
