#1 - Meritline is awfully slow in the mail from Hong Kong. I did not even receive something I ordered on 12/14/2010. However, when I mailed them about it, they re-credited me the next business day, so I am not too unhappy with them. I buy "junk" from them all the time
I bought 2 from Meritline when they were $13 a piece. Very brite for a small single AA battery flash light. Zoom in, it lights up my whole back yard of 60'x30'. Zoom out, it can easily shines a tree at 400 feet away.
Ordered mine from DealExtreme and received it after 1 month and a half (I even contact them to find out whether it is lost).
I guess their source is not shipping them out right away.
This time of year, expect a 5 week wait.

How does this sound, I just today took delivery of an item I ordered on 10/25/2010.
I even (a month ago) disputed the charge (thru Paypal) and got a refund.
Now I'll just sit back and see if they get it all together.
Maybe they should promote sales as, "Wait three months and it's yours free!"
My December order arrived Wednesday: I'll say this - it outshines my 12 pound Q-Beam "1 quadrillionbillion candle power" behemoth. No kidding. Like surface-of-the-sun bright.

^ There is something wrong with your floodlight then, it should produce over 10x as much light.
